Among our key personnel, Foremost Contracting, has over 100 years cumulative experience in construction: foundation to rooftop for commercial, military, and residential contracting, from renovations, to “design and build” from ground up.
KEY PERSONNEL PROFILES
Anthony Piscione – President
Mr. Piscione has over 32 years of hands-on experience in the construction of institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities. He has a strong structural and foundations background, which enables him to successfully complete often times complex new construction and renovation projects. Mr. Piscione oversees all office and field operations including corporate finances, personnel management and business development. He works closely with clients and architects to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire construction process. Mr. Piscione closely manages all field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to guarantee that all projects are completed on time and in accordance with the most impeccable standards of excellence.
Mr. Piscione’s leadership along with carefully selected key managerial and field personnel, sophisticated computerized construction management and accounting systems, and a reservoir of satisfied clients have all contributed to Foremost Contracting’s continued growth and profitability. Mr. Piscione was inducted into the 2004-05 Strathmore’s Who’s Who in America for his expertise in the field of commercial design and construction.
Margarita Bernardo – Office Manager/Assistant Project Manager
Mrs. Bernardo has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years facilitating the needs of the client, design team and site personnel. She works directly with owners, architects/engineers, expediters and subcontractors tracking and coordinating drawings, submittals, and required forms/paperwork for the various city agencies, as well as assisting the construction team to the successful completion and close-out of the project.
Elia Gontzes – Project Manager
Mr. Gontzes has over 34 years of construction and design experience in the construction industry. He has experience in managing various types of projects from the new buildings from the ground up, core and shell projects, interiors, landmark buildings, city, state and federal projects. Mr. Gontzes has successfully organized projects from design/preconstruction through to completion. His experience provides the client with the ability to have a cost effective, organized and coordinated project.
With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree, design experience in HVAC combined with his extensive experience in General Construction; Mr. Gontzes provides the experience required to successfully complete the project.
John Maddaloni – Project Manager
Mr. Maddaloni has over 15 years of manufacturing, production and management experience in the construction industry. He managed and oversaw the planning, implementation and productivity of a large, high functioning and successful commercial window and door manufacturing company before joining the Foremost Contracting and Building team.
Mr. Maddaloni has extensive knowledge and experience in estimating, bid processing, sales, order processing, production and project management. He enjoys working with different personalities and loves the daily challenges of the construction and building industry
Timothy Wallette – Superintendent
Mr. Wallette has over 30 years of experience in subgrade operations and concrete work. His knowledge and experience in coordinating various trades, especially for the support of excavation (SOE) and adjacent property protection,
