Project Details

New Construction Services for flood improvements at the Inwood Gardens housing complex. The scope of work performed includes the following: Construction of new wood and steel framed Community Center above flood plain, with events space, laundry facilities, and meeting area, on concrete foundation system. Site work including earthwork, structural foundations, new finished grade elevations, fencing, walkable surfaces, plantings, concrete stairs and ramps, asphalt driveway, and parking areas, final pavement striping and signage, and coordination with electrician for site lighting. Installation of new concrete architectural wall systems at Boiler Rooms with modified façade to provide flood-resistant construction. Installation of new concrete architectural wall system at existing PSEG transformer. Install new flood vents in existing foundations at Residential Buildings.
